In 2026 we celebrate twenty five years of professional Mexican event catering across the United Kingdom. We serve our own unique recipes, inspired by authentic, traditional Mexican flavours.

We pride ourselves in creating honest, uncomplicated dishes made with care, using high-quality ingredients and proven event expertise. Our menus are rooted in Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes, drawing on Native American cooking, southern barbecue traditions and classic Latin flavours.
