Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only once we have received written confirmation (by email and a signed Event Catering Contract) and we have received the required deposit.
Deposit & Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to secure the booking.
The deposit forms part of the total contract value and is refundable only in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in the cancellation policy.
The final balance is due no later than thirty (30) days before the Event date.
Cancellations
Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total contract value. If the amount already paid is less than the applicable cancellation charge, the outstanding balance will remain payable.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are calculated as a percentage of the total contract value as follows:
More than six (6) months before the Event date: Deposit refunded 100%
Up to two (2) months before the Event date: Deposit refund 50%
Within one (1) month of the Event date: No refund on Deposit
Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate date changes, subject to availability.
Menu, dietary requirements & allergens
Menus will be agreed in advance of the event. All dietary requirements or food allergies must be communicated in writing no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
While we take food safety and allergen management seriously, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of mobile catering and shared preparation areas.
Technical requirements
You are responsible for ensuring suitable access to the event site, including adequate work space, adequate parking space, safe ground conditions and all agreed power and potable water supply facilities.
Any delays or inability to provide agreed access to facilities may result in reduced service time or additional charges.
We require access to:
Potable, fresh drinking water.
A kitchen or somewhere indoors or outdoors to setup our own kitchen/trailer/marquee.
A minimum of three 13-amp power sockets, ideally on different circuits.
Service duration
Service times will be agreed in advance. Overtime or extended service may be offered at our discretion and may incur additional charges. Our service duration is typically 120-180 minutes (2-3 hours).
Damage, loss & liability
You are responsible for any damage to our equipment or vehicles caused by guests, contractors or attendees at your event.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Health, safety & compliance
We operate in accordance with UK food safety legislation and hold the appropriate food hygiene certifications. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or if our staff are subject to abuse or harassment. All of our electrical equipment is NIC-EIC and PAT tested annually. Our gas/LPG equipment is tested annually by a GasSafe engineer. Our fire blankets, fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment are all recertified annually. All certificates are available digitally on request.
We have employers, public and products liability insurance cover across the business for private and commercial events.
Complaints
Any complaints must be raised in writing within 48 hours of the event so that they can be investigated promptly. We aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
Complaints can be raised directly with:

Marketing & photography
Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to use photographs of our setup and food at events for marketing and promotional purposes. No personal or identifying images will be used without consent.
