Our festival menu has been refined over more than two decades of trading at some of the UK and Ireland’s biggest and most demanding events. It’s designed to deliver fast-moving service, broad crowd appeal, and consistent quality, even during peak trading periods.

At the heart of our offer is authentic, freshly prepared Mexican food, cooked on site from wholefood ingredients and served efficiently. Burritos, chilli bowls and nachos form a menu that’s familiar, flexible, and highly customisable, with clearly defined options for vegans, vegetarians and guests with gluten or dairy intolerances.

Burritos, Bowls & Nachos

Burritos

We typically offer two sizes. A medium, using a 10″ soft flour tortilla, or a large which uses a 12″ tortilla. Each burrito is served with mild spiced rice, pico de gallo (fresh tomato salsa) and grated cheddar cheese. Large burritos come with sour cream too. For our vegans, we substitute the dairy toppings for guacamole, lettuce and jalapeños if desired.

Buffalo Chilli

Mouth-watering pieces of stewed water buffalo, cooked in our popular own recipe chilli. Buffalo sourced from: West Country Water Buffalo.

Beef Chilli

Traditional beef mince with our flavourful Teabag Chihuahua seasoning. Served with our vegetarian chilli. Familiar and nutritious.

Vegetarian Chilli

Our vegan chilli and vegetarian chilli are one and the same! Cooked with 7 different vegetables, up to three types of fresh beans and our secret spice mix.

Barbecue Chicken

Succulent chicken thigh cooked in a distinctive barbecue sauce of our own creation. There’s nothing else like it!
A crew favourite.

Beef & Bean

Traditional seasoned beef mince & fresh pinto beans. Fire it up with a dash of habanero hot sauce!

Bean & Cheese

Fresh pinto beans & real grated cheddar cheese. Jazz it up with a touch of jalapeño hot sauce.

Cool Summer

The hot weather favourite. All our cool toppings wrapped up with a dash of hot sauce (if desired!)

Sweet & Bean

Silky mashed sweet potato and seasoned black beans. A firm favourite at Glastonbury Festival.

Black Bean Chilli

Our vegan black-bean chilli. A simple twist on our traditional chilli. Black beans are naturally sweet and creamy, another team favourite.

Vegan Chilli

Our vegan chilli and vegetarian chilli are one and the same! Cooked with 7 different vegetables, up to three types of fresh beans and our secret spice mix.

Vegan Bean

All the fun of a Bean & Cheese burrito, without any of the dairy! Substitute cheese for a healthy serving of fresh guacamole and lettuce for crunch.

Chilli Bowls

Our bowls come in two perfect sizes.
The Snack size is an 8 ounce serving.
The Dinner size is a 16 ounce serving.

Our Snack size accommodates customers who desire a lighter or more affordable meal. Our Dinner bowl satisfies those who are seeking a more substantial lunch or dinner time meal. All options are served with our mild spiced rice, fresh pico de gallo (fresh tomato salsa) and mild grated cheddar cheese. Hot sauce is optional but encouraged! Vegan bowls substitute dairy for guacamole and jalapeños.

Our bowls are very customisable and are a great choice for customers with a Gluten Intolerance.

Note: We cannot guarantee our bowls of chilli are 100% Gluten Free, we do everything we can to minimise cross contamination and adjust our processes specifically for Gluten Free customers. If you are eating with us, please ask ANY member of staff for guidance.

We regularly review and refine our pricing to ensure it accurately reflects both the cost of producing high-quality food and the realities of operating at live events. Prices may vary slightly depending on the format, scale and requirements of each event.
