• Public Liability Insurance £10 million 

• Product Liability Insurance £10 million 

• Employers’ liability insurance £10 million 

• Registered with Wiltshire Council Food Safety Team since 2001 (Teabag Chihuahua Ltd) 

• Registered with Wiltshire Council Food Safety Team since 2018 (Teabag Chihuahua Excelsior Ltd) 

• Member of the National Caterers Association (NCASS) since 2001 

• Our catering units and equipment receive annual PAT & NIC-EIC electrical tests, annual GasSafe inspections and are meticulously maintained throughout the season. 

• All staff are Food Hygiene trained to a minimum of Level 2 and Level 3 for all managers using NCASS training systems 

• Our NCASS approved HACCP Food Safety Management Plan is valid for use nationally with Cherwell District Council acting as our Primary Authority. 

• An allergen matrix is always available for viewing – please ask a member of staff for more info if you are eating with us on site
